Fundraising Efforts for The Anchor Continue 

The capital campaign for the multi-purpose facility and parking area expansion continues to push towards the first initial goal of 2.5 million to begin the site work and relocation of the modulars. A special thanks is extended to CIF Organics and anyone who purchased their landscaping essentials on April 5th. You not only beautified your yard, you got us one step closer to our 7.5 million goal for The Anchor and growing God's kingdom 

If you picked up an April newsletter, you saw an insert featuring an awesome t-shirt design with an anchor and scripture. What you may not know is that it's just one of many shirts that share the Gospel, support Kingdom work, and bring you and others joy when wearing or gifting the apparel.  The Anchor Collection was created by one of our very own who prayerfully decided to share 50% of profits on her Cotton + Grace faith-based apparel that can be found online and will be available at our churchwide yard sale on May 31st.

Did somebody say "Yard Sale"?!?

We hope you've been gathering gently used items that have been cluttering up your home, because our churchwide yard sale is scheduled for Saturday, May 31st, beginning at 9am. There are multiple dates and timeframes to allow for easy donation drop-offs - see adjoining flyer. Adult clothing will not be accepted; however, everything else in a decent/sellable condition is welcome. Should you have any questions regarding donations or assisting as we sort and sell, please contact Janet at 803.367.7130.

Prior to the yard sale, the BBQ Fundraiser will take place on Friday, May 16th, and Saturday, May 17th, with preorder deliveries and onsite pickups. As long as the BBQ is still plentiful, there will be opportunities for walk-in pickups. The Men's Ministry has typically coordinated BBQ fundraisers, and while they're still taking the lead on the upfront costs and the cooking, they want this to become more of a churchwide initiative each quarter as we work together to raise money for the building fund. A meeting for those willing to assist with deliveries, plate assembly, onsite sales, etc. will be announced. Details on placing orders are on the adjoining flyer.

We need YOU to join us in communicating the various fundraising initiatives, but more importantly, to share how we're working to provide more in-reach and outreach ministries. 



To invest in something that outlives this life, please notate "Building Fund" on any contributions to ensure the funds are designated to The Anchor. Anchored in faith; HIS plan we will build!
